"I returned a jacket to Mr Porter..."
I returned a jacket to Mr Porter and, to be fair, the actual return process was straightforward. The label was included, so I didn’t have to jump through hoops or figure anything out. My only issue was the refund taking longer than I personally expected. I ended up checking on it twice, which made the whole thing feel a little less smooth. It wasn’t a bad experience, but considering the prices, I guess I expected the refund side to be a bit quicker.

"I ordered from MR PORTER on Monday..."
I ordered from MR PORTER on Monday and it turned up by Wednesday, which was impressive. It was packed well and the tracking updates were easy to follow. I’ve ordered a few times now and delivery has always been reliable, no hassle there. I do sometimes question whether the quality is always worth the price, but the shipping side has been spot on for me.

I definitely won’t be ordering again. The checkout process was a headache, and then the order took way too long to arrive. Really loved the part where buying something felt harder than it needed to be, great experience, obviously.

"Slow replies, but they got it sorted"
My first reaction was that the customer service felt slow. They did get back to me and fix the issue in the end, so I can’t really complain too much, but I definitely expected quicker responses
