Absolutely superb....ordered shoes that were apparently coming from Italy...!! Arrived in a couple of days too u.k....taxes included in the price, gorgeous item , well packaged...well happy !!!

I purchased an item from the online store, which unfortunately did not meet the standards that I expected from MR Porter.

The wool of the product has been unraveling, and the sleeves are faring out after only a few uses.

I had contacted the team immediately upon discovering these issues, and I was informed that the matter would be investigated. However, it has been over a month, and I have not received any further updates or resolutions. Waiting 32 days for a response is unacceptable for any business and is no way to treat your valued customers.

There wasn’t any indication during the order process that there were shipping charges which constituted 40% of the entire cost! I got to know only after I checked out and paid! This is clearly misleading the consumers. I will file a complaint against the relevant authorities and I will not buy from Mr Porter again.

i got a shoes that someone used. As the title says, the item I received is contaminated. In other words, I received the shoes that someone used as a new product.

I don't think the product is new.

Absolutely awful. AVOID AVOID. Placed an order a month ago. Not received. DHL delivered to wrong address. No helpful response from DHL so Mr Porter won’t refund despite it being law under the Consumer Rights Act that they must refund after 30 days. They won’t do anything until they hear from DHL. ABSOLUTELY COMPLETELY HOPELESS customer service.

Excellent shipping efficiency, tracking status update, good price, good quality

Ordering was very quick and easy, delivery came quicker then expected and packaging was stunning. Clothes were exactly what I expected but unfortunately they were to big which is no fault of the company, the brand are very generous with sizes so I have requested an exchange which was easy to do, I will update on how the exchange goes but as of now I'm extremely pleased with my shopping experience and look forward to buying more.

First time I have purchased from Mr P and it was excellent. The item was well packaged and delivered in the time stated. Received tracking info and was delivered in the time window. The Red Wing boots I bought were coming from Italy and was advised there would be no extra taxes and there wasn’t. All in all a great experience.

Their catalogue is vast, their prices are good. Delivery and returns are smooth. I will keep returning to buy more clothes here.

1st time ordering with them. Made a mistake with the size and they were very professional, they even called to help ,and change the size immediatly after 20 min I sent my request, very polite and efficient. Seeing how they are efficient, it will be a long shopping relationship. Super

As an experienced online shopper, I can confirm that Mr Porter is unequalled on all fronts eg range of products, speed of delivery, packaging, ease of returns etc.
In summary, an object lesson in how to do it.

Mr. Porter always has an EXCELLENT selection of merchandise to choose from! I’m amazed at how quickly I receive my items — I live in Honolulu, Hawaii — and, I still receive my items within a couple of days of ordering…OUTSTANDING! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mr. Porter!!!

This company is a joke. Customer service representatives are the worst in the business, as evidenced by numerous complaints below.

Mr Porter made me pay for special shipping only to have it delivered at a place 2 miles away. I had to pay for transportation and spend time to get a package that I already paid delivery for.

Luxury Brands represented by Mr Porter are doing themselves a huge disservice, because Mr Porter fails them spectacularly, consistently.

I’ll be writing to channel managers of Ralph Lauren and other brands to inform them of the quality of service at Mr Porter. I hope, with the evidence I will show from the reviews here, that they delist. This will avoid brands being devalued by Mr Porters absent service.
